Eligibility for Returns:
Delivery date outlines a period where return is accepted for up to 30 days.
Products should be stored in untampered with original packaging with no signs of use, and in the same state that was received.
Customized or personalized items, unless damaged or defective, do not fall under the returns policy.
How to Get a Return Started:
You can reach our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order at the stipulated email address, where you will also be able to fill the form and attach the order number that the return is being requested for.
In the event your return is approved, you will be provided wiht an authorization number which will also come with specific return instructions.
Place the item(s) in the original box along with all the tags, papers, and other accompanying items.
Please use a fully trackable return method for the constituent item(s). Unless it was an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
In the case of Returns:
You can expect an email update on the return item the moment it is reviewed, whether it has been accepted or not.
Refund for the approved items will be processed within 7 to 10 business days on the card that was used for the purchase.
Please note, shipping and handling charges are not applicable for the items being returned.
Defective or damaged items: If your order has arrived damaged or has defects, please send us an email with attached images of the order and the issues that need to be resolved to info@dimomooart.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund without any additional costs.
Exchanges: As of now, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and follow the return instructions.
